Food Review: "Olive & Citrus" - Redlands, CA 08/06/2018 Olive & Citrus. Well executed, beautifully presented dishes. Great service. For the price, there seems to be a little to be desired both in quantity and quality of taste and textures with some of the dishes we tried. Decor is beautiful, sharp, clean and straightforward. Ambiance is relaxing yet festive. Great backstory as well. Ask for Paul Emerson. He'll share the story of how Olive & Citrus came to be. The Burger and Squash Flower Flatbread are phenomenal.
